ADVOCACY AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (1 POSITION) @ THAMINI UHAI
The Advocacy and Communications Manager will lead the organization's efforts in building strategic partnerships and executing comprehensive communication strategies from the Dar es Salaam office. This senior role involves managing stakeholder engagement, coordinating with donors, and leading policy development to influence the health landscape and financing models in Tanzania.
The manager will be responsible for producing high-quality annual reports, managing media relations, and supporting resource mobilization efforts to ensure program sustainability. By building coalitions and documenting program successes, the manager will ensure that Thamini Uhai's mission is well-communicated and supported by both local government agencies and international partners.

Key Requirements
Master’s in Public Health, Law, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in advocacy and partnerships.
Strong understanding of Tanzania health systems and financing.
Proven stakeholder engagement and communication expertise.
Experience in leading policy development and coalition building.
Ability to coordinate annual reports and donor communications.
Expertise in media relations and public image management.
Skills in resource mobilization and strategic documentation.
Experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder partnerships.
Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
