The Sales Officer for Car Loans will be responsible for driving car loan sales and customer acquisition, identifying and onboarding qualified vehicle financing clients, and closing deals directly in the field. This is a target-driven role where candidates must set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while building and growing a high-quality loan portfolio. Key Requirements
Diploma or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in car financing or asset financing (highly preferred).
Strong sales track record in microfinance or banking industries.
Confident, aggressive, and target-driven personality.
Excellent negotiation and client handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently.
Capacity to identify and onboard qualified vehicle financing clients.
Ability to manage a high-quality loan portfolio effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in closing sales deals directly in the field.
