BRANCH MANAGER (3 POSTS) @ TARGET BRANDS LIMITED
TARGET BRANDS LIMITED is a leading company specialized in the importation and distribution of consumer goods, committed to operational excellence and market leadership. We are currently seeking three highly motivated and experienced Branch Managers to oversee our global supply chain and distribution operations. The Senior Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for end-to-end oversight of multi-jurisdictional importation, logistics optimization, and regulatory compliance. The role requires advanced integration of international supply chain systems, financial controls, and market expansion strategies to maintain our competitive edge in the FMCG sector.
The successful candidates will manage cross-border procurement and supplier coordination across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Key responsibilities include overseeing international shipping frameworks such as INCOTERMS, implementing ERP-integrated logistics systems like SAP S/4HANA or Oracle SCM, and managing branch-level P&L with a focus on cost optimization and margin protection. Additionally, the role involves developing internal controls to prevent counterfeit infiltration, leading regional distribution expansion, and conducting market intelligence analysis. This is a high-level position based in Dar es Salaam, requiring a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in high-volume distribution environments.

Key Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, or an MBA with a Global Operations focus.
Minimum of 5–10 years of professional experience in multinational import/export operations.
Proven experience managing high-volume FMCG distribution networks across at least 2–3 international markets.
Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM, or equivalent logistics software.
Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and the integration of Artificial Intelligence within operational workflows.
Deep understanding of international shipping frameworks, including INCOTERMS (FOB, CIF, DDP) and freight negotiations.
Extensive knowledge of customs compliance, trade finance, and transfer pricing implications within global supply chains.
Strong ability to manage large, multi-functional teams across various geographical regions.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling for branch-level P&L management.
Excellent negotiation skills for managing relationships with international suppliers and global logistics providers.
