SENIOR RESEARCH & ADVISORY ASSOCIATE @ TANZANIA SECURITIES LIMITED (TSL)
The Senior Research & Advisory Associate serves in a dual-mandate role that bridges the gap between complex corporate advisory transactions and high-impact market research. This position is responsible for structuring deals, managing due diligence processes, and ensuring all advisory work meets the highest professional standards.
Beyond transactional work, the Associate will publish equity and macroeconomic research reports that are compliant with regional standards. They will lead client discussions and roadshows, provide mentorship to junior team members, and ensure the company remains at the forefront of the capital markets industry in East Africa.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
Master’s degree or MBA preferred
3–5 years of experience in corporate finance or capital markets
Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, Comps, LBO)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements
Experience in business origination and client relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English and Swahili
Ability to draft complex Information Memorandums and pitch books
