HR MANAGER @ TALENTFIT WORKFORCE
A growing healthcare group in Lagos is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to build a strong people and operations culture across its hospitals and facilities. This role involves establishing HR structures, policies, and processes from the ground up, ensuring KPI and appraisal systems are effective, and overseeing payroll and compliance. The salary for this position is between ₦400,000 and ₦500,000 per month.
The ideal candidate will manage both clinical and non-clinical staff with a balance of firmness and empathy, fostering a culture of accountability and reporting. Key responsibilities include implementing employee engagement initiatives, managing staff documentation, and supporting healthcare operations beyond standard recruitment. This is a full-time opportunity based in the Ajah/Lekki Axis of Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Requirements
3–5 years proven HR experience within the healthcare sector
Strong understanding of healthcare workforce operations
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR compliance
Experience setting up and improving HR systems and structures
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
CIPM or any related HR certification
Ability to manage both clinical and non-clinical teams
Proven experience in payroll oversight and staff documentation
Expertise in designing KPI and performance appraisal systems
Capacity to develop workforce accountability and reporting cultures
