SALES REPRESENTATIVES (20) @ TALANTAHSOLUTION
Talantahsolution is seeking 20 dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join their growing team in Dar es Salaam. The primary focus of this role is the distribution and sale of FMCG products, with a specific emphasis on baby diapers. Candidates will be responsible for building strong relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure product visibility and market penetration across the region. The monthly salary for this position is TZS 400,000 per month.
Successful candidates will work closely with the sales management team to develop and implement strategies for reaching monthly sales targets. This role requires a high level of discipline, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities in a competitive market. As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to maintain a professional image and provide detailed feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help the company grow its market share.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in FMCG sales
Previous experience selling baby diapers is an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum education level of Ordinary Level (O-Level)
Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Capability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business related field is preferred
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals
Ability to conduct market research and identify potential customers
Willingness to travel within the Dar es Salaam region to visit retail points
