OPERATION OFFICER (4 POSITIONS) @ TALANTAH SOLUTION
Talantah Solution is looking for four motivated and responsible individuals to join their Clearing Department as Operation Officers in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for the verification of containerized and loose cargo, ensuring that goods are handled correctly and all cargo release processes from government agencies are managed efficiently. This role involves direct communication with transporters to coordinate truck logistics and overseeing the delivery of goods to clients to maintain a high standard of service. Operation Officers will serve as the primary representatives for the company and its clients when dealing with government organizations such as TRA, GCLA, and TMDA. Key tasks include following up on equipment interchange from transporters and ensuring strict compliance with company regulations and customs procedures. This is a dynamic role suitable for professionals who are looking to advance their career in the logistics and customs industry within Tanzania.
Key Requirements

Diploma or Degree from a recognized academic institution.
Strong self-motivation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Fluency in both English and Swahili with excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Foundational knowledge of the logistics and customs industry.
A highly responsible and hardworking professional attitude.
Ability to manage verification of goods for containerized and loose cargo.
