As an Export Documentation Officer, you will join our dynamic Clearing Department to focus specifically on the complexities of export logistics and regulatory compliance. Your primary responsibilities will involve handling export documentation through the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) system and ensuring all necessary permits—including GCLA, COO, Fumigation, and Phytosanitary certificates—are processed accurately and timely. You will play a vital role in booking shipping space with international shipping lines to facilitate the global movement of goods.

In addition to technical documentation, you will be responsible for preparing a comprehensive set of shipping documents for our diverse clientele. This requires high attention to detail and strong computer skills to ensure that all paperwork meets international trade standards and client requirements.
