SALES EXECUTIVE - CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY @ TALANTAH
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our partner company in the construction industry. The successful candidate will focus on B2B sales, specifically targeting the sale of construction-related products such as finishes, furniture, fit-out solutions, interior design elements, and decor. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Salary is between 500,000-800,000 Tshs.
This role requires an individual who is comfortable working with business clients and has a proven track record of closing complex deals. You will need to represent the company professionally and demonstrate deep industry knowledge to effectively advise clients. Key Requirements
Experience in consultative selling
Proven B2B prospecting and sales experience
Experience selling construction-related products such as finishes, furniture, or decor
Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
Proven track record of closing deals
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in sales pipeline management software
Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Knowledge of the Tanzanian construction market
Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
