Take Pesa is seeking 2 experienced Field Operational Managers to oversee our field operations. You will be responsible for coordinating field staff, monitoring performance targets, and ensuring that our operational processes are followed efficiently in various locations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or Management
At least 3 years of management experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to plan and execute operational strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of field operational workflows
Problem-solving skills in high-pressure scenarios
Willingness to travel as needed
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
