As part of our expansion, we are looking for professionals to bring hotel services closer to local residents, increasing revenue opportunities and optimizing investments for our partners. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key hospitality players, implementing upselling strategies, and ensuring that the platform remains the preferred choice for urban lifestyle experiences. This role focuses on transforming occasional visitors into regular customers by building durable loyalty around the services offered.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in the hospitality industry or hotel management.
Deep understanding of hotel revenue metrics such as RevPAR and ADR.
Experience managing relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
Strong sales background with a track record of meeting performance KPIs.
Excellent communication and networking skills to build long-term partnerships.
Familiarity with digital booking systems and lifestyle super-app ecosystems.
Ability to develop and implement effective upselling strategies.
Strong analytical skills to perform market SWOT analysis.
Experience with MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hotel accounts.
