Key Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Swahili and English
Previous experience in a customer service role
Ability to handle medical inquiries politely and professionally
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Positive attitude and high level of patience
Ability to work effectively under pressure
