Superdoll Trailer Manufacture Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager for their Truck & Bus Tyre division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing collections across Dar es Salaam and surrounding markets. This role focuses on value-based selling and solution-focused engagement to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and business expansion within the commercial transport sector. Key Requirements
Fluency in Kiswahili (mandatory).
Fluency in English (mandatory).
Graduate Engineer degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering as an alternative to a degree.
Marketing or Business degree/diploma is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications as a pre-requisite.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Automobile or auto-ancillary sales.
Strong geographical knowledge of Dar es Salaam and nearby markets.
Ownership of a personal vehicle is an added advantage.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and collection targets.
