MIDLINE FMCG SALES SUPERVISOR @ SUNDA
Sunda is seeking a results-driven Midline FMCG Sales Supervisor to oversee operations in the Singida and Dodoma regions. This role is designed for a dynamic professional with extensive experience in fast-moving consumer goods sales and a proven track record in team supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily field operations, and ensuring that all assigned targets are met through strategic planning and execution. The role involves strengthening existing customer relationships and expanding market coverage within the designated areas. You will be expected to execute various trade marketing activities, promotions, and initiatives to enhance product visibility. Additionally, monitoring market trends and competitor activities will be crucial to maintaining a competitive edge. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience.
Proven experience in team management and market development.
Strong understanding of distribution, customer management, and sales strategies.
Hands-on experience working with key distributors is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Ability to drive sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
Capability to manage and supervise daily field operations effectively.
Proficiency in executing trade marketing activities and promotions.
Analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activities.
