DES NORTHERN SALES SUPERVISOR (1 POSITION) @ SUNDA
Sunda is seeking a dynamic and experienced DES Northern Sales Supervisor to join our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting regional sales operations while maintaining strong customer relationships and expanding market coverage. This role requires a strategic thinker who can follow up on customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and drive product visibility to ensure consistent business growth. In addition to operational oversight, the Sales Supervisor will handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the Dar es Salaam market and a robust customer network to effectively lead the team toward meeting corporate objectives. Leadership skills are crucial as you will be guiding a dedicated sales team to achieve performance targets and improve overall market presence.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience
Strong knowledge of Dar es Salaam market and customer network
Leadership and team management skills
Fluent in English and Swahili
Good computer and reporting skills
Ability to follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery
Proven track record in driving product visibility and business growth
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
