Key Requirements
FMCG experience, specifically in selling to supermarkets and mini markets.
Strong market knowledge and understanding of retail dynamics in Tanzania.
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills with corporate clients.
A proven sales track record with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory across different regions.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting software.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
