We are seeking CRM / Sales Admin Officers to provide essential technical and administrative support to our high-performance sales team in Nairobi. This role involves managing lead data within our CRM systems, tracking inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales reports. You will be the backbone of our data management, ensuring that the sales pipeline is visible, organized, and up to date.
In addition to data management, you will coordinate team schedules and manage important records for the project. Key Requirements
Manage and update lead data within CRM systems accurately.
Track all sales inquiries, pipelines, and performance reports.
Coordinate team schedules and internal administrative records.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all sales reporting.
Demonstrate proficiency in CRM software and office tools.
Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Possess a professional attitude and disciplined work ethic.
Provide administrative support to field and office sales staff.
Identify and report trends within the sales pipeline data.
Available to work Monday to Saturday in a project-based role.
