This role is pivotal in securing strategic clients across corporate, agency, SME, and government sectors, requiring a professional who excels in the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building an active sales pipeline and maintaining strategic relationships with high-level decision-makers. By monitoring market trends and competitor activities, you will identify emerging opportunities to exceed monthly and annual targets while ensuring all commercial reporting and governance standards are met within the Tanzanian market.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial client acquisition.
Mandatory background in outdoor advertising, telecom, media, or high-volume commercial sectors.
Strong and verifiable track record in closing high-value deals and delivering measurable revenue growth.
Strong network of corporate clients, agencies, and commercial decision-makers.
Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and consistently deliver results.
