GROUP HR ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR @ STARRICH
Starrich is seeking a dedicated Group HR Administration Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. This role is pivotal in coordinating and supervising the day-to-day Human Resources administrative operations across the entire Group. Working under the direction of the Group Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will ensure that HR processes are streamlined, compliant, and supportive of the organization's strategic goals.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Human Resources administration or operations.
At least two (2) years in a supervisory or coordination role.
Strong exposure to recruitment coordination, HR administration, and employee relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/payroll systems.
Deep understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage confidential employee records and documentation with high integrity.
Experience in preparing detailed HR operational reports and recruitment trackers.
Proven ability to coordinate performance appraisal administration and KPI documentation.
