Proven track record in senior leadership roles within large organizations.
Exceptional skills in business strategy formulation and execution.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills at an executive level.
Willingness and flexibility to travel as required by the business needs.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
At least 10-15 years of progressive experience in business operations or management.
Deep knowledge of the Tanzanian market and regional business environment.
Proven ability to drive organizational growth, profitability, and change management.
