R2R MANAGER – UK @ SOURCIFY HR
Sourcify HR is recruiting a Manager for the Record to Report (R2R) function specifically dedicated to the UK region. The successful candidate will lead the entire UK close process and execute complex accounting and consolidation tasks to ensure financial accuracy. This leadership role requires the final regional sign-off before submission to Group Consolidation and involves extensive management of senior stakeholders. You will be a key figure in ensuring the UK's financial operations align with global corporate standards. The role demands a high level of proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Hyperion, alongside a deep understanding of US GAAP and IFRS. As a manager, you will provide guidance on complex accounting treatments and drive the efficiency of the close cycle within the UK shift. Key Requirements
CA, ACCA, or CPA professional designation
Minimum of 7 years of relevant finance experience
Ability to lead the entire UK financial close process
Expertise in complex UK accounting and consolidation
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Hyperion software
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
Experience in senior stakeholder management
Expertise in regional financial sign-off procedures
Proven track record in global close processes
Willingness to work according to the UK shift
Strong leadership exposure in finance environments
Capability to manage multi-entity reporting structures
