We are seeking a Record to Report Manager to oversee operations for South Africa as part of our global finance expansion. In this Deputy Manager role, you will play a critical part in the financial close process, specifically focusing on regional consolidation and complex accounting tasks for South Africa and Kenya. Your leadership will ensure that final regional sign-offs are accurate and submitted timely for Group Consolidation. This role involves significant interaction with senior stakeholders and requires a professional with a global mindset. The position is designed for those who excel in dynamic, multi-country environments and are comfortable working in international shifts. You will be expected to leverage SAP S/4HANA and Hyperion to drive efficiency in the reporting cycle. By maintaining high standards of governance and compliance, you will contribute to the overall success of the Record-to-Report function. Possible work locations mentioned include both Kenya and South Africa as part of the regional oversight.
Key Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA certification
At least 3 years of experience post-qualification
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Hyperion
Strong background in IFRS and US GAAP
Proven experience in South Africa regional close processes
Capability to perform complex financial accounting
Experience in regional consolidation for global firms
Strong management of senior stakeholders
Experience with external party coordination
Readiness for Kenya/International shift schedules
Knowledge of global finance leadership practices
Background in multi-country reporting environments
