Key Requirements
Proven experience in OTR tires or the heavy equipment industry.
Strong network with distributors, dealers, or key industrial clients.
Solid understanding of local market dynamics in Ghana.
Technical knowledge of OTR tires and their applications.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build professional networks in Africa.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in managing high-value industrial accounts.
Knowledge of international logistics and trade for tires.
Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with local partners.
