Key Requirements
6–8+ years of HR management experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
Strong knowledge of South African labor laws
Proficient in Excel and MS Office
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Strong organizational and travel coordination skills
Experience in payroll management and statutory reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle HQ reporting and policy implementation
