ADMIN & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT @ SONGA MOBILITY
Songa Mobility is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin & Operations Assistant to join our Nairobi headquarters. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for ensuring that both the office and workshop operations run efficiently. Your duties will include managing access, utilities, and vendor relationships, while serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and general inquiries. You will play a vital role in maintaining the backbone of our operations through meticulous record-keeping and office coordination.
In addition to administrative tasks, the role involves significant operations support. You will oversee inventory tracking, perform data entry into ERP systems, and manage warehouse operations. A key part of the job includes coordinating deliveries and pickups by liaising with riders and couriers to ensure timely shipments. The successful candidate will maintain shipment tracking and flag any potential delays to the operations team, ensuring seamless logistical flow for the company.

Key Requirements
2-3 years' experience in admin or office support roles.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail skills.
Previous experience with logistics, inventory, or ERP systems.
Familiarity with Nairobi's local operations and logistics setup.
Ability to manage records, correspondence, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Experience acting as a first point of contact for visitors and vendors.
Capability to oversee office supplies, pantry, and workspace readiness.
Skill in coordinating deliveries, pickups, and liaising with couriers.
Proactive and dependable attitude with a commitment to operational excellence.
