SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE @ SOLVO GLOBAL
Solvo Global is currently expanding its operations and is seeking dedicated Senior Customer Service Representatives to join our onsite team in Nairobi, Kenya. This role is designed for professionals who excel in dynamic environments and possess a passion for delivering exceptional support. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for handling high volumes of inbound calls, managing complex reservations, and ensuring all customer inquiries regarding routes, schedules, and policies are addressed with the utmost accuracy. In addition to core support duties, successful candidates will be tasked with processing cancellations and refunds, while maintaining precise records within our internal reservation systems. Key Requirements
2+ years of call center or customer service experience
Fluent English with a neutral accent
Ability to cover longer and critical shifts
Strong background in inbound telephone support
Proficiency in processing reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds
Ability to provide accurate information on routes, schedules, fares, and policies
Experience updating customer information in reservation systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints
Proficiency in using CRM software and call center technology
