We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant based in Kenya to support our global operations in a remote capacity. This part-time position requires a candidate with exceptional organizational skills to manage administrative tasks, track projects, and update company documentation. You will work closely with leadership to ensure that all accounting and administrative processes are executed flawlessly within a dynamic team environment.
The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working without constant supervision. Excellent English communication skills are required to facilitate professional interactions with clients and internal stakeholders. Key Requirements
Highly proficient in English (C1 level/90% requirement).
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related coordinator role.
Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of autonomy.
Ability to support senior management and leadership effectively.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and tax processes is highly desirable.
A proactive and resolute approach to task management.
Superior communication skills for managing client relations.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Expertise in digital record-keeping and data organization.
Strong track record in project follow-up and task completion.
