Key Requirements
Advanced English level (C1) proficiency for verbal and written communication.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably within a contact center environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
A customer-oriented mindset with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive and remain professional in fast-paced, high-volume work environments.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
Mandatory availability to work onsite at our Nairobi, Kenya location.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evening and weekend schedules.
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
