PROPERTY MANAGERS (104 POSITIONS) @ SOKOHURU
SokoHuru is currently hiring for 104 Property Manager positions located in Mikocheni, Dar es Salaam. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of both residential and commercial properties to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction. This role involves managing tenant relations, executing leasing agreements, and ensuring consistent rent collection. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high property standards and ensuring operational excellence across our portfolio.
In addition to operational tasks, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance services, conducting thorough property inspections, and managing repair processes. You will ensure that all properties remain in full compliance with safety protocols and legal regulations. Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing detailed financial reports and property management summaries to support the executive team's decision-making process. The salary for this position is 1,500,000 Tsh per month.

Key Requirements
Age 28-45
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Business Admin, or related field
Fluent in English & Swahili
