We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Zanzibar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the beverage industry. Your primary role involves promoting our extensive product range to retail, wholesale, and hospitality clients across the region, ensuring brand visibility and market penetration.
In this position, you will play a critical role in executing our sales strategy, achieving assigned targets, and gathering actionable market intelligence. You will be expected to maintain high standards of service, coordinate effectively with the logistics team for seamless order fulfillment, and represent the company with professionalism in all customer interactions.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the beverage industry.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the Zanzibar market.
Valid driver's license with motorcycle class.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented mindset with self-motivation.
