In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with our Business Development, Operations, and Sales teams to develop compelling content that increases brand visibility and drives engagement. You will also be responsible for creating promotional campaigns aimed at increasing company sales and tracking performance metrics to ensure our digital strategies are effective. Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in communication, marketing or related field
1 year experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media
Strong content creation and storytelling skills
Creative, results-oriented and proactive mindset
Professional customer inquiry management skills
Ability to coordinate with BDM, Operations and Sales teams
Competence in tracking and reporting performance metrics
Knowledge of video editing software
Basic understanding of IT systems and digital tools
