Smart Builders Limited is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Driver (VSM) to join our dynamic team in Dar Es Salaam. In this role, you will be responsible for driving company vehicles to transport products while actively engaging in sales activities to reach new and existing customers across the region. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent and reliable service.
As a Sales Driver, you will be expected to manage sales targets, maintain professional business relationships, and collect valuable market feedback to help inform our ongoing business strategies. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills to represent our brand effectively to our diverse clientele.

Key Requirements
Possession of a valid Class E driving licence
Form Four education certificate
VETA certificate in a relevant field
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage product distribution effectively
Professional customer service orientation
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
