We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Mwanza. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our engineering services.
The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for identifying market trends, conducting client meetings, and preparing professional proposals to expand our footprint in the region.

Key Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain professional networks
Proficiency in CRM software usage
Strong customer service orientation
Deep understanding of the local market landscape
Valid driving license is an added advantage
Willingness to be based in Mwanza, Tanzania
