FINANCE MANAGER @ SINOTRUCK TZ
Sinotruck Tz is seeking a highly qualified, experienced, and results-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support our long-term growth and stability. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of financial integrity while providing strategic insights to senior management.
In this role, you will prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure full compliance with all relevant tax laws, accounting standards, and statutory requirements. You will manage cash flow, mitigate financial risks, and strengthen internal controls. Additionally, you will lead and supervise the finance and accounting team, coordinate internal and external audits, and liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure organizational excellence.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holder
Minimum of 3 years' experience in finance or accounting
At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards
Expertise in taxation and budget management
Proficiency in accounting software
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent leadership and team management skills
