Simplepay is hiring motivated Loan Officers to join its growing team in several regions across the country. This position offers a significant opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service to build a successful career in the financial sector. Loan Officers are expected to be self-driven and committed to achieving monthly performance targets related to disbursements and collections. Possible work locations for this role include Morogoro, Mbeya, and Tanga.
The primary responsibilities include reviewing and following up on open accounts for repayment collection, performing customer due diligence, and maintaining accurate KYC documentation. Loan Officers will also deliver high-quality customer service, manage front desk duties, and assist with various administrative tasks as assigned. The role requires a team player who can adhere strictly to company policies while actively contributing to the acquisition of new customers and the growth of the company's active customer base.

Key Requirements
High School education or equivalent; a diploma in a business-related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
Previous experience in microfinance or the financial services sector is an added advantage.
Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiation to meet monthly disbursement targets.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
High level of integrity and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Must be self-driven, dependable, and able to work harmoniously within a team environment.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in digital tools for data entry.
Possession of a smartphone to facilitate communication and field operations.
Ability to work in various regions including Morogoro, Mbeya, or Tanga as required.
