Simplepay Capital Financial Services Tanzania Ltd is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our expanding team as Loan Officers and Collection Officers. This role is a fantastic opportunity for entry-level professionals to establish a career in the financial services sector. The positions are available across multiple regions in Tanzania, including Morogoro, Mbeya, and Tanga. Successful candidates will be responsible for driving the company's growth through effective customer engagement and diligent financial oversight.
The core of the role involves managing the loan lifecycle, from performing due diligence and maintaining proper KYC documentation to following up on repayments and achieving monthly performance targets. Beyond technical tasks, you will be the face of the company, delivering excellent customer service and managing front-desk administrative duties. We are looking for team players who are self-driven and committed to adhering to company policies while helping our clients achieve their financial goals. Key Requirements
High School education certificate or equivalent
Prior experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
Excellent time management and customer service skills
Must be self-driven, dependable, and a team player
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in digital tools
Possession of a smartphone is required for field operations
Ability to perform customer due diligence and maintain KYC documentation
Capability to achieve monthly disbursement and collection targets
Willingness to perform front desk and administrative tasks as needed
