SUPERVISOR @ SIGNSMITH

You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities on the production floor, managing staff schedules, and coordinating between different departments to streamline workflows. Key Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory, management, or team lead role.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities to motivate diverse staff.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
Ability to oversee production workflows and ensure all deadlines are met.
Effective communication skills for managing both internal teams and external stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges as they arise.
Experience in the signage, manufacturing, or construction industry is highly preferred.
Ability to train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of junior staff members.
Proficiency in project management tools and standard reporting software.
