We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to spearhead our international outreach efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing connections with key players in the architecture, interior design, and real estate sectors across diverse global markets, including the UAE, Europe, and North America. Your primary goal will be to expand our footprint by building meaningful professional relationships and showcasing our value proposition to potential international clients.

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales or business development, particularly within the IT or export services industries. You will manage the entire client pipeline, from initial research and lead generation to scheduling meetings and supporting the creation of high-impact marketing materials. Proficiency in digital tools like LinkedIn, Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint is essential for success in this role. Key Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Business Development (IT/export services preferred). Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Arabic language proficiency is considered a significant advantage. Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset. Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting and research. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management. Ability to use Canva and PowerPoint for marketing materials. Proven ability to identify and connect with firms in architecture and real estate. Experience in building and managing a strong client pipeline. Strong interpersonal skills to initiate conversations and build relationships. Ability to schedule and coordinate international business meetings.
