VP/DIRECTOR – REVENUE & INSTITUTIONAL SALES @ SELECT GLOBAL

Key Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within education or service industries.
Proven success in driving revenue growth and hitting enrollment targets.
Strong background in institutional sales and scaling B2B partnerships.
Expertise in market analysis and identifying new revenue opportunities.
Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
Advanced negotiation and contract management abilities.
Strong networking skills with high-level stakeholders and institutional heads.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Understanding of the Ghanaian educational regulatory framework.
