Key Requirements
Minimum of 12 years experience in revenue management or business development.
Proven track record in the education or institutional services sector.
Expertise in student enrollment growth and marketing strategies.
Experience in building and maintaining large-scale institutional partnerships.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Analytical capability to track and optimize sales and revenue metrics.
Excellent communication, networking, and public relations skills.
Deep knowledge of the Ghanaian education market and landscape.
Leadership experience in managing high-performance teams.
