The Head of Commercial Operations for Device Financing in Tanzania is responsible for owning growth, dealer network performance, and credit cycles within a fast-scaling fintech setup. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage on-ground execution and drive the commercial success of device financing products in the Tanzanian market. The position involves strategic planning and tactical execution to expand the reach of fintech services. You will work closely with dealers and financial partners to ensure efficient credit management and high customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall scaling of the business in the region.
Key Requirements
Extensive experience in the fintech or consumer finance sector.
Proven ability to manage and scale dealer networks.
Strong understanding of credit cycles and risk assessment.
Experience with on-ground execution in emerging markets.
Leadership experience in commercial or sales operations.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Knowledge of the Tanzanian regulatory environment for finance.
