Key Requirements
Extensive experience in commercial operations within the fintech or device financing space.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market execution.
Strong experience in managing dealer networks and sales performance.
Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies in high-growth environments.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of the Tanzanian fintech market and regulatory landscape.
Leadership skills to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Flexibility to travel within the region as required for business growth.
