Key Requirements
Significant experience in commercial leadership within the Fintech or Telecom sectors.
Proven expertise in managing device financing or consumer credit products.
Strong track record in building and managing high-performing dealer networks.
Deep understanding of credit risk management and collection cycles.
Ability to lead on-ground execution and operational scaling in Tanzania.
Analytical skills to monitor and report on key commercial performance metrics.
Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth corporate environment.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for partnership management.
Knowledge of the local financial regulatory environment in Tanzania.
