BUSINESS OPERATIONS & COMMERCIAL HEAD – STEEL @ SELECT GLOBAL

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the steel or heavy manufacturing industry.
Proven expertise in developing and executing commercial and pricing strategies.
Strong background in plant operations and operational delivery management.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and market expansion.
Excellent leadership and team management skills in an industrial setting.
Proficiency in financial analysis and P&L management.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of the Kenyan industrial and commercial landscape.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
