COUNTRY SALES MANAGER @ SATGURU TRAVEL
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader for the position of Country Sales Manager in Kenya, specifically within the FMCG sector. The role involves overseeing and scaling an entire country business, driving revenue growth, and expanding distribution networks. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, managing key accounts, and ensuring effective market penetration and collections. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the African market landscape. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from USD 3,500 to 4,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of professional sales experience within the FMCG sector.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving large-scale market targets.
Deep knowledge and experience working in African markets, with a preference for Kenya.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring large sales teams.
Extensive experience in building and expanding distributor and channel networks.
Strong expertise in key account management and building long-term client relationships.
Strategic thinking capability combined with a focus on execution excellence.
Proficiency in managing financial collections and ensuring market penetration.
Ability to scale business operations and lead organizational change.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the country to monitor operations.
