Key Requirements
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
High level of self-motivation, discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
Understanding of life insurance principles and financial products.
Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Diploma or Degree in Business is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close sales deals.
Residency in or proximity to Jinja is highly advantageous for local networking.
