The Senior Business Development Executive will be a pivotal member of our fast-growing logistics and freight team, primarily responsible for driving new business acquisition and ensuring consistent revenue growth. You will leverage your expertise in logistics sales to identify market opportunities, build a robust pipeline of potential clients, and close high-value deals across various industry sectors. Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales.
Strong knowledge of port operations and maritime logistics.
In-depth understanding of customs processes and clearing procedures.
Proven ability to generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and meeting revenue targets.
Target-driven mindset with the resilience to work in a high-pressure environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
