Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Law (LLB), Industrial Relations, or related field
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in Human Resources
Strong knowledge and practical exposure in employee relations and labour law compliance
Experience working in a transport, logistics, or related environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Management Systems
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
Experience in conducting workplace investigations and supporting disciplinary procedures
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills within an industrial relations context
