We are seeking a Service Supervisor/Debt Collector to oversee our service team's performance while managing financial recovery processes. This dual-role requires exceptional leadership and negotiation skills to ensure project service levels are met and outstanding debts are settled.
You will be based in Dar es Salaam and tasked with balancing high-quality client service delivery with strict financial management to support our continued regional growth.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a technical discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision or debt recovery
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
Proficiency in managing client service contracts
Ability to analyze financial reports and identify outstanding payments
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
Fluency in English and Swahili
Sound understanding of credit control procedures
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to workplace safety and professional ethics
