We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Recruitment Consultant to manage our USA Market desk from our Leeds location. This role involves the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential clients and sourcing top-tier candidates to negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for international placements. The position requires a deep understanding of the supply chain industry and the ability to build strong relationships across different time zones.
The compensation for this role is a basic salary of 35-40k plus a 30% commission on placements. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the supply chain sector.
Demonstrated success in managing or expanding into the USA market.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to pitch to international stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process (360 desk).
Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones when necessary.
Proactive approach to candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and job boards.
Strong negotiation skills to finalize contracts and offer letters.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
High level of professional integrity and client service orientation.
Knowledge of supply chain logistics, procurement, or operations.
